About Bev Tull
Since I began my real estate career helping home buyers and sellers in Northern
Virginia, I've helped hundreds of clients obtain their homeownership dreams.
I have accomplished this through 16 years of hard work, education, and experience in the
Northern Virginia real estate market. I've been preparing for this job of
taking care of people since I was 9 years old working in my Dad's family run
grocery store.
I began my career as a nurse after earning a nursing degree from the University
of Rhode Island. I later obtained an accounting degree from the University
of Maryland. After working for several years as a nurse and then as an
accountant, I took the plunge to change careers and obtained my real estate
license and found a career that I LOVE!
Since entering the field of residential real estate, I have furthered my
education in the field and earned the GRI and CRS designations. The GRI
designation means that I have attended the Graduate Realtors Institute, which is
a designation earned only by the top 20% of Realtors in the nation. The
CRS designation means that I am a Certified Residential Specialist (earned by
only the top 2% of Realtors in the country) and am uniquely qualified to help
you with your residential real estate transaction.
Hard work in the real estate field has paid off in that I am a member of the
Multi-Million Dollar Club / RE/MAX Hall of Fame and am a National Relocation
Specialist.
I have a strong belief in giving back to the community and give a donation to
Hospice for each and every real estate transaction in which I am involved -
whether I've helped a buyer find the home of their dreams or sold a home for one
of my clients.
I currently reside in Burke, VA, with my husband, Carl. Together we
raised our children, Wendy and Brad. Wendy and her husband, Mike, live in
Philadelphia. Son Brad and his wife, Kristina, live in Chantilly.
Carl and I have been blessed with three beautiful grandchildren, Jack, Connor,
and a brand new 6 lb 14 oz baby girl, Ellanore Catherine, born 2/24/2005! Pictured at left is my grandson Jack
wearing his WEEMAX T-shirt.
